If you own a CORSAIR keyboard, it's important to keep in mind that no keyboard is indestructible, and that includes CORSAIR keyboards. Although CORSAIR keyboards are of the highest quality, problems can still occur, so we've made sure to provide a way for you to reset them, just in case.

Suppose you're experiencing problems using the full functionality of your CORSAIR keyboard, such as lighting issues, unresponsiveness, key chatter, input lag, or anything that seems to be software or firmware-related. In that case, it may be due to software-related issues like driver conflicts, outdated firmware, or compatibility problems, which can cause keys to stop responding or produce erratic behavior. In many cases, a lot of these issues can easily be solved by simply resetting your keyboard.
