CORSAIR Custom Lab FAQ

CORSAIR Custom Lab is our new service where you can customize and personalize a set of PC gaming gear right from your browser. There are thousands of potential combinations that you can create for your new gear and it all ships way quicker than a typical third-party customization service. All that being said, we’re expecting a bit of potential confusion and the need for more information surrounding Corsair Custom Lab beyond our main talking points. So, here are some answers to some questions you’re probably going to ask. Let’s go.

Is the return & refund policy different from normal CORSAIR products?


Yes, but only with the addition of a 30% restocking fee that will be deducted from the amount refunded. This is due to the custom nature of the products. Aside from this, the policy remains the same as usual. You can find more details on our returns and refunds policy page.



Are CORSAIR Custom Lab products available in my country?


If your country happens to be the United States, then the answer is yes. If you live elsewhere, then, at this time, the answer is no, but that could change in the future.



How long does it take for my CORSAIR Custom lab order to arrive?


We will ship the order within 7–10 business days, however, we only have so much control over the carrier who picks up that shipment. This means that there could possibly be delays to that. At time of writing, white keyboards will be shipped within 4 to 5 weeks. We'll update this page when the shipping time changes.



Can I check on my order after I place it?


Yes. You can check on your order in the same way as you would for any regular order from CORSAIR.

You can find the status of your order at My Orders under the Account Information within your CORSAIR.com My Account dashboard. You will receive an email notification to confirm your purchase and to confirm when your products have shipped.

If you have placed an order as a guest, please create a new account at CORSAIR.com with the same email address used during the guest checkout and follow the steps above.



Can I cancel an order after I place it?


Yes, but only before it gets processed for shipping. If you leave it too late, you can opt to initiate a return process, as per the return and refund policy we mentioned earlier.



Can I change my order after placing it?


No. However, if the products haven’t been processed, you can cancel the order, then place a new order.



Can I order multiple bundles with different configurations in a single order?


Yes. After finishing the configuration of one bundle, you simply add it to your cart, and then start the process from the beginning for the next one. Rinse and repeat until you’ve configured as many bundles as you desire.



Do CORSAIR Custom Lab products have warranties?


Yes, All CORSAIR Custom Lab products have a minimum of a 2-year warranty. When it comes to warranties, it’s the same as our regular products.



Can I order just a single product?


Yes. If you’re only after a custom mouse and have no need for a new keyboard for example, you can just get that single product.
