In competitive gaming, quick reactions make all the difference. The K70 PRO TKL’s Rapid Trigger technology ensures that keys reset instantly after release, so you’re always ready for the next move. The 8,000Hz polling rate, powered by CORSAIR’s AXON hyper-polling technology, registers inputs up to 8x faster than standard gaming keyboards. When mere milliseconds are the difference between victory and defeat, the K70 PRO TKL makes every one of them count​.

At the core of the K70 PRO TKL’s performance are its pre-lubricated CORSAIR MGX Hyperdrive magnetic switches. Built for reliability and responsiveness, these Hall effect switches are good for up to 150 million ultra-smooth keystrokes. Their double-rail structure prevents keypress wobbling, an annoyance that can reduce responsiveness and durability. Coupled with customizable per-key actuation ranging from 0.1mm to 4.0mm, each keystroke is as precise and personalized as it is satisfying. With dual-point actuation, users can even assign two actions to a single key, enabling quick-fire combos for strategic efficiency. One additional benefit of these switches is their quiet operation. SOCD stands for “Simultaneous Opposing Cardinal Directions”, and it occurs when the keyboard is told to send conflicting inputs for left and right or forward and backward. By prioritizing which input commands to send and which to ignore in these SOCD situations, FlashTap ensures pinpoint precision across any game genre.

FlashTap is disabled by default and can be enabled by pressing the FN + Right Shift keys with A + D keys and last priority supported.

In early 2025, iCUE will offer advanced mode selections: Last priority, neutral, and first priority.

Important Note for Gamers: When FlashTap is activated in CS2, gamers will be kicked from the game, although it will function normally in other games.
