Can I open up my power supply?

There might be multiple reasons for why you would attempt this. You might want to do a deep cleaning of the unit, or maybe even swap the fan out for a quiet one, but the answer and recommendation will always be a resounding NO!

While anything is possible, and it only takes a screwdriver for you to open up your power supply, it can be incredibly dangerous.
