The launch of the iCUE LINK ecosystem introduced a lot of cool new Hydro X Series compatible products, but what should you do if you own a full cover XG7 water block and want to upgrade to iCUE LINK?
No worries, we got you covered. The iCUE LINK GPU RGB ADAPTER allows you to connect your 3 pin RGB connector to an iCUE LINK system hub and control it via iCUE.
It's worth noting here, that the the RGB adapter also works with the XG5, but as it's a less popular product than the XG7, we thought we'd aim this article at the XG7 enjoyers out there.
It is important to note that the iCUE LINK GPU RGB ADAPTER only works with Hydro X Series XG7 GPU water blocks. This adapter is not suited for connecting other 3 pin RGB components to the iCUE LINK eco system and will specifically show up as a XG7 water block in iCUE.
The iCUE LINK GPU RGB ADAPTER does not come with an iCUE LINK System hub, so make sure you have one of these already in your system, or you can purchase one from our webstore iCUE LINK SYSTEM HUB
