What's the difference between ELITE CAPELLIX & CAPELLIX XT AIO Liquid CPU Coolers?

​CORSAIR has recently refreshed its iCUE ELITE series liquid coolers, making them the best All-in-One liquid CPU coolers available. The new XT models feature powerful and low-noise cooling for your CPU, with various radiator sizes to choose from. Additionally, there have been a few changes from the previous iCUE CAPELLIX models, which we will highlight in this article while reviewing some of their essential benefits.

Key Updates:

Let’s review some fundamental changes that CORSAIR made from the ELITE CAPELLIX series to the ELITE CAPELLIX XT series.

Extended Hoses

We have made improvements to the AIO cooler hoses by increasing their length. The H100i and H115i models now have hoses that measure 400mm, while the H150i and H170i models have hoses measuring 450mm. This change has greatly improved the installation process, allowing greater flexibility and better positioning of the cooler inside a PC case.

CORSAIR AF RGB ELITE Fans

We also have made a change to the fans. The latest iCUE ELITE CAPELLIX XT Series AIO CPU coolers now feature CORSAIR AF RGB ELITE Fans, replacing the previous CORSAIR ML RGB ELITE Fans.

Pump Head Design

Apart from making them easier to install and including low-noise fans, we have also focused on enhancing their aesthetics. The pump head has been given a modern and fresh design, which adds to its overall appeal.
