So, what’s the difference between SFX and SFX-L? The short answer is SFX-L PSUs are slightly longer in length than SFX PSUs. 30mm longer.

Both SFX and SFX-L PSUs are designed to save space, so if you’re planning to put together a system in smaller case, these two PSU form-factors are going to be your best options.
