SETTING UP YOUR CORSAIR ONE
UNBOXING THE CORSAIR ONE
The CORSAIR ONE is bundled with a power supply power cord and the WIFI antennas that will be installed on the rear side of the desktop. Before powering on, make sure to connect all your devices so they are readily available when the system is powered on.
CONNECTING THE CORSAIR ONE
2. Connect your monitor to the graphics card using either an HDMI or Display Cable.
3. Attach the WIFI antennas to the WIFI ports available on your system. If you prefer to use an Ethernet cable for Internet access, plug the ethernet cable instead.
4. Connect the power cable into the power supply and then connect the other end of the power cable to the nearest power outlet. If you are using a surge protector, connect the power cable to the surge protector instead.
5. Turn the power supply switch on and press the power button located on the front panel of the CORSAIR ONE.
6. Once the system goes through the initial boot process, it will load the pre-installed Windows operating system.
7. Follow along the Windows prompts to complete the user account creation.
CORSAIR ONE LIGHTING FEATURES
FRONT PANEL CONTROLS
The lighting for CORSAIR ONE can be controlled using the touch sensitive strip located on the front panel. The top section of the strip changes the active color of the lighting, and the bottom section of the strip controls the RGB effect and brightness levels. For more information, view the video below, and follow the listed instructions.
Sliding your finger upwards and downwards on the top section of the front panel strip will actively change the RGB color of the CORSAIR ONE.
Note: This feature only works in the Static RGB effect.
Pressing the bottom section of the front panel strip for approximately 2 seconds, will actively change the RGB effect
Sliding your finger upwards and downwards on the bottom section of the front panel strip will actively change the brightness levels of the CORSAIR ONE lighting. Pressing the bottom section for approximately 5 seconds will turn the lighting strips off. Repeating this action will turn them back on.
REAR PANEL LIGHTING
The rear side of CORSAIR ONE has built-in, motion sensing LEDs to actively light the rear I/O connections for easy visibility. When the sensor detects motion, the rear lighting will turn on and remain on for 20 seconds before turning off. If you would like manual control of the lighting, you can tap the top section of the rear panel to turn the light On and Off.

NAVIGATING THE CORSAIR ONE DASHBOARD
The CORSAIR ONE DASHBOARD provides more functionality to the CORSAIR ONE lighting features. The dashboard provides a wide array of colors to choose from, quick options for changing the RGB effect, and provides real time RPM data for your fans and cooler, and temperatures of your GPU and CPU.
CORSAIR ONE DASHBOARD
The homepage of the Dashboard provides access to all the CORSAIR ONE lighting changes, Coolant Temperature readings, and RPM speeds for your Cooler and Fans. The Dashboard also contains the link to the CORSAIR ONE Quick Start Guide.
ACTIVE RGB EFFECT
Clicking on the Active RGB Effect visual will open a dialog box with various options to quickly activate a different visual effect.
Selecting any of the RGB effects will actively change the Lighting Effect on the CORSAIR ONE.
ACTIVE RGB COLOR
Clicking on the Active RGB Color visual will open a new window with various options to quickly change the color of the CORSAIR ONE.
You can select any color from the color wheel or enter a specific color code in the color code section.
Note: Changing the color only applies to the “Static” RGB Effect.
When a new color is selected, the Corsair One will actively change RGB Color, and the Dashboard background will change color.
ACTIVE BRIGHTNESS LEVEL
The brightness level of the CORSAIR ONE lighting can be actively adjusted by moving the brightness level bar left or right.
SYSTEM SETTING
Clicking on the cog wheel located on the top right corner of the CORSAIR ONE DASHBOARD will open a new window listing the CORSAIR ONE specifications in the “General” tab.
The “Software Update” section of the System Settings will display the Current Version of the CORSAIR ONE DASHBOARD, Last Checked for updates date, and Available Version (if available). Clicking on “Check for Update” button will check for the latest update.
CORSAIR DIAGNOSTIC
CORSAIR ONE includes the CORSAIR DIAGNOSTICS utility software that provides an overview of your CORSAIR ONE, diagnoses and evaluates your components, reports any issues that may have occurred on your desktop, shows an overview of installed applications, and more. Follow the instructions below to access all the CORSAIR DIAGNOSTICS features.
HOME PAGE
CORSAIR DIAGNOSTICS is located on your desktop.
The homepage will show your purchased CORSAIR ONE and display all the features available in CORSAIR DIAGNOSTICS.
ANALYSIS
In the Analysis feature, you can evaluate individual components to ensure they are functioning properly, or can you test all the components at once for a full quality evaluation. The test can be configured to loop one time or have multiple loops for extended testing.
When the test is complete, you will be prompted with a Pass/Fail notice, number of loops completed, and the time it took for the test to complete.
Clicking on the “Go To Results” button will redirect you to the full results of the evaluation. The results will display each test that was executed on the component with a Pass/Fail notification.
CHECK UP
In the Check Up feature, you can perform stress tests on your components. This can be done in sequential order, or you can stress test all the components at once. To begin, choose either “Simultaneously” or “Sequentially” and begin the Checkup Test.
When the test is complete, you will be prompted with a Pass/Fail notice, and the time it took for the test to complete.
Clicking on the “Go To Results” button will redirect you to the full results of the evaluation. The results will display each test that was executed on the component with a Pass/Fail notification.
INTERACTIVE TESTS
In the Interactive Tests feature, you can check the functionality of your connected devices and verify that they are working properly. Select a device, and follow the instructions provided to evaluate the connected device.
The mouse test will evaluate the functionality and accuracy of your connected mouse.
The keyboard test will evaluate the functionality and accuracy of your connected keyboard.
The GPU test is an interactive test that will evaluate your installed graphics card. Follow along the instructions provided in this section to complete the GPU test. After stopping the test, you must select “Pass” or “Fail” to add the results to the report.
SYSTEM INFO
The System Info section provides your system’s full hardware and software information with its configuration and layout. It also provides a detailed log of any events that have occurred on your CORSAIR ONE.
WINDOWS SUPPORT
The Windows Support feature provides assorted options to optimize Windows settings on your CORSAIR ONE. These options include optimizing your storage drives, setting optimal power options, personalizing your desktop, and more.
EVENTS CALENDAR
In the Events Calendar section, you can view error logs and application events that have occurred on your CORSAIR ONE. This will be illustrated in the calendar by colored squares based on the severity of the event.
UPGRADING COMPONENTS
CORSAIR ONE is configured with a micro ATX form-factor motherboard making future upgrades hassle-free. If you purchase extra storage or memory to expand your CORSAIR ONE capabilities, you can easily follow along our step-by-step instructions for easy installation.
MEMORY INSTALLATION
To change or install more memory, follow the instructions listed below.
2. Remove the 2x Screws from the side panel, then remove the side panel to get to the internals.
3. To access the Motherboard, CPU, and Memory, remove the 2x screws shown below to open the fan bay. Then swing open the fan bay to access the components.
4. To access the memory slots, carefully move the Liquid Cooling tubes aside to allow room to install the memory.
5a. To add more memory to the existing configuration, install the new memory in the 1st and 3rd memory slots. To do so, push the top-notch on memory slot, and install the memory firmly until you see the top-notch snap back into place.
5b. To change the memory, push the top- notches of the memory slots to release the existing memory. Then remove the memory and install the new memory sticks in the 2nd and 4th memory slots for 2x stick configurations, or all four slots for 4x stick configurations. When installing the new memory, ensure you firmly press the memory sticks into the slots until you see the top-notch snap back into place.
6. After completing installation, make sure to close the fan bay, and reinstall the screws in their respective locations.
7. Replace the side panel and reinstall the screws in their respective locations
8. Replace the Left Side Panel Filter by aligning the magnets with the case.
NVMe M.2 SSD STORAGE INSTALLATION
To install additional Storage, follow the instructions listed below.
2. Remove the 2x Screws from the side panel, then remove the side panel to get to the internals.
3. To access the Motherboard, CPU, and Memory, remove the 2x screws shown below to open the fan bay. Then swing open the fan bay to access the components.
4. To install an additional NVMe m.2 SSD (storage device), carefully move the Liquid Cooling tubes aside to allow room for installation.
5. Remove the 2x screws from the heatsink to remove the cover and access the m.2 slot on the motherboard.
6. Install the NVMe m.2 SSD (storage device) into the slot. Replace the heatsink cover onto the NVMe m.2 SSD (storage device), and secure with the 2x screws that were removed in the previous step.
7. After completing installation, make sure to close the fan bay, and reinstall the screws in their respective locations.
8. Replace the side panel and reinstall the screws in their respective locations.
9. Replace the Left Side Panel Filter by aligning the magnets with the case.
2.5" SSD STORAGE INSTALLATION
To install additional storage, follow the instructions below.
2. Remove the 2x Screws from the side panel, then remove the side panel to get to the internals
3. Remove the 2x screws on the 2.5” drive cage brackets and install the brackets onto the 2.5” SSD storage drive with the pre-installed screws provided.
4. Plug in the SATA power cable and SATA data cable into the 2.5” storage drive. These cables are prewired for easy installation. Reinstall the 2.5” drive cage brackets onto CORSAIR ONE with the 2x screws previously removed.
5. After completing installation, make sure to replace the side panel, and reinstall the screws in their respective locations
6. Replace the Right Side Panel Filter by aligning the magnets with the case.
PCIe DEVICE INSTALLATION
CORSAIR ONE is configured with a mATX motherboard that provides an additional PCIe slot for expansion cards. To access this additional PCIe slot, follow the instructions listed below. This slot is compatible with many x4 single-slot PCIe cards. See our support page for tested cards.
2. Remove the 2x Screws from the side panel, then remove the side panel to get to the internals
3. Remove the 3x screws installed on the PSU shield, and the 1x screw installed the bottom fan to gain access to the PCIe slot.
4. Before installing the expansion card, push the PCIe slot notch, and then install the expansion card by pushing the card firmly into the slot until see the notch snap back into place.
5. After completing installation, make sure to reinstall the PSU shield and fan, and reinstall the screws in their respective locations.
6. Replace the side panel and reinstall the screws in their respective locations
7. Replace the Left Side Panel Filter by aligning the magnets with the case.

CORSAIR ONE comes with a 2-year hardware warranty for the original purchaser, starting from the day of purchase from an authorized CORSAIR reseller. CORSAIR warrants that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a specified period commencing on the date of purchase. The warranty period will vary by specific product, as identified in your user documentation, on the product package, or as listed in the attached listing of CORSAIR Warranty Periods. In the event any of these warranty periods differ, the longest specified warranty period will apply.
Except where prohibited by applicable local law, this warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. To exercise your warranty rights, you must present a sales receipt and provide product serial number information. This warranty provides you with specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights that vary under local laws.
In general, this warranty means your CORSAIR hardware product will operate in accordance with published technical specifications, as specified by its data sheet, and in the operating environment for which it was intended for the length of the warranty period.
REMEDIES
CORSAIR’s entire liability and your exclusive remedy for CORSAIR ONE product that is not operating in accordance with its published technical specifications is at CORSAIR’s discretion to repair or replace the product at CORSAIR’s expense. This warranty obligation is conditioned upon the hardware being returned to the original place of purchase, or another place as directed by CORSAIR, with the original sales receipt attached. You may be required to pay shipping and handling charges, as well as any applicable tariffs, duties, taxes, or other fees. CORSAIR may, at its discretion, provide new or refurbished products. Any replaced CORSAIR ONE will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is greater, or for the period of time required by local statute.
OBSOLETE OR DISCONTINUED PRODUCTS
An obsolete or discontinued product will be replaced with the same product if available. If CORSAIR is unable to replace your obsolete or discontinued CORSAIR ONE product with the same product, CORSAIR will replace the obsolete or discontinued CORSAIR ONE product, in its sole discretion, with a CORSAIR ONE product having similar function and capacity.
EXCLUSIONS
This warranty does not cover problems or damage resulting from, but not limited to, any of the following:
Any other cause which does not relate to a product defect in materials or workmanship. Also, excluded from this warranty are counterfeit CORSAIR ONE products; that is, products that CORSAIR, at its sole discretion, determines were not manufactured by CORSAIR or any of its authorized manufacturing partners.
