The answer to this question is no. Despite the ostensible resemblance to a custom cooling loop, AIOs cannot be expanded. This is the case with CORSAIR AIOs, as well as AIOs from any other brand.
As the name AIO implies, this is a complete "all-in-one" cooling system that guarantees operation without any additional maintenance (Other than the occasional dust removal). An AIO is not simply a pre assembled cooling loop for for the CPU, it is an entirely sealed unit, that cannot be opened without being irreparably destroyed. There is no opportunity to add a GPU, or any other component to an AIO, whether that AIO comes from CORSAIR, or elsewhere.
If you want to water cool more than just your CPU, then you'll need to create a custom loop yourself, in which case, we'd recommend scrapping the AIO altogether and integrating the CPU into that loop.
It is worth mentioning here that some GPUs, like the Gigabyte GeForce RTX 5090 Aorus Xtreme Waterforce, do come with an AIO solution. The same rules apply, however. You cannot add anything to loops like this.
