If your headset is producing static, here are some steps on fixing the issue:
- Disable Windows spatial sound if you have not already done so.
- Uninstall the Realtek audio drivers.
- Make sure your PC is using the default Windows 10 audio driver.
- Plug your headphone into your PC system.
- Configure your headphone.
