電源ユニットのケーブルが黄色やピンクに変色した場合の対処法

If you experience an issue where the cables of your power supply unit are turning yellow or pink,  you can create a help ticket to request a cable replacement from Corsair Customer Support.

When requesting a replacement, include the following information in your help ticket:

  • The PSU cable(s) that have turned yellow
  • A copy of the purchase receipt
  • Photos of the serial number and part number of the PSU if applicable
    • If the affected cables were purchased separately, provide the SKU number for the PRO kit that was purchased
