How to: Set up the 5000T RGB in iCUE

With iCUE, you can customize the lighting effects of your CORSAIR 5000T RGB mid-tower case into whatever you think looks best.

Make sure that you update iCUE to the latest version before you use it to customize your case.

Make sure all cables are connected to the controller

Before you begin using iCUE to set up your case, make sure that the necessary cables are plugged into the proper ports in the Commander Core XT that comes with your 5000T:

  • Connect the case lighting cable to the 3-pin RGB port
  • Connect the ID cable to the ID port

These cables must be plugged in so iCUE can recognize and power the integrated lighting of your case.

  3. Use the lighting effect options to customize the lighting effect as you see fit.
    • NOTE: The number of options will vary depending on what lighting type you choose.
