A pre-built PC, compared to building your own, such as the CORSAIR VENGEANCE Gaming PC, offers a convenient and hassle-free solution for gamers and enthusiasts seeking a ready-to-use computer system.
Professionals with expertise in PC hardware assemble VEGEANCE gaming PC systems. They are equipped with a balanced combination of quality components optimized for specific use cases, such as gaming, productivity, or content creation.
These systems arrive fully assembled, tested, and pre-installed with an operating system and necessary drivers, eliminating the complexities and potential pitfalls of building a computer from scratch. Pre-built Gaming PCs often come with warranties and customer support, providing assurance and assistance in case of any issues.
However, despite the careful assembly and QC process, there's always the chance that something could go wrong, and if it does, you'll need to pack your system correctly for the RMA. After all, if it gets damaged in shipping back to us, it will only cause more problems. So, here's a step-by-step guide on how to pack your VENGEANCE gaming PC up safely.
1. Remove the glass side (left) panel from the PC.
2. Carefully insert the protective foam padding back into the PC.
3. Make sure to line up the indent on the foam with the GPU to secure it in place during shipment.
3. Install the glass side panel back on. Secure the panel in place by tightening the two thumb screws on the back of the case.
4. Put the plastic back on to cover the whole PC.
5. Place one of the foam inserts inside the bottom section of the box.
6. Gently put the VENGEANCE PC inside the box with the glass side panel facing up.
7. Place the second foam insert on top of the glass side panel.
8. Close the box and seal it by using packaging tape.
Now your VENGEANCE gaming PC will be safe and sound for it's long journey back to us. The RMA department will sort the issue and get the PC back to you as quickly as possible. While you're waiting, why not spend some time on our subreddit, or browse explorer some more?
