When planning a new build one question that often gets overlooked, especially with small form factor PCs, is “do all my parts fit?” And while that might be easy to answer with a motherboard with various standards, it has become harder to say with GPUs that have become increasingly larger and longer over the years. Especially in a small form factor case like the CORSAIR 2500D and 2500X, the concern about GPU length is not unwarranted.
Luckily the CORSAIR 2500D and 2500X are on the larger side of what is considered small form factor so there should not be any issues fitting GPUs in these cases.
With total dimensions of 479 x 304 x 376mm, there is 370mm in length and 200mm in width for the graphics card in a 2500D with front fans. A clean glass look using the 2500X without fans in the front would allow for even more space, up to 400mm in length. With the largest GPUs on the market, like the Asus ROG Strix, only having a length of 358mm there is plenty of room for all the power in the world. At least until they get even bigger.
