RMx SHIFT PSU Compatible Cases: A Definitive List

The CORSAIR RMx SHIFT is a newly re-designed modular power supply (PSU) that “shifts” the cable connections to the side of the PSU. Shifting the cables to the longer side of the PSU positions the cable connections along the case side panel where cable routing occurs, allowing for simpler cable management and easier access.

The RMx SHIFT comes in the following wattage outputs: 750W, 850W, 1,000W, and 1,200W.

Since the cable orientation of the RMx SHIFT is different from a traditional PSU, it's reasonable to ask which PC cases are going to be compatible with RMx SHIFT PSUs. We've got that all sorted out for you.

Note - The CORSAIR 2500 series cases ARE compatible but require the HDD/SSD cage to be removed. For more information, view the 2500 series manual here.

For non-CORSAIR cases, there must be a minimum clearance of 30mm from the connector side of the PSU to the side panel of your case.
