While the current recommended DDR5 RAM speed rating for Ryzen 7000 Series processors is 6000MHz (6000 MT/s) for all-around performance per AMD's official recommendation, it's important to remember to search for RAM that is compatible with your particular CPU/motherboard combination and that can take advantage of features like AMD EXPO.
There are many factors that go into picking a suitable kit of DDR5 RAM, but arguably one of the most important factors at this time (for AMD systems) is to ensure that you pick a kit of RAM that supports AMD EXPO. While a kit that has an Intel XMP for your target speed/latency may work with little or no modification when applied in BIOS, kits that have been validated for AMD platforms and are sorted for AMD EXPO have been specifically tested to hit the speed and latency ratings on the label with an AMD-based system.
