With the new ICUE version 5.14, we will introduce Govee as an integration. This means that you will be able to integrate your Govee LED strips directly into iCUE and configure them as you wish.
First of all, make sure you have the latest iCUE version 5.14 installed. In the Govee Home app on your smartphone, check that your Wi-Fi network is set up and then switch on the “LAN Control” function.
If this is the case, follow the guide here to integrate your Govee LED Strips into iCUE:
- open the iCUE Settings with a click on the gear icon
- then select “Intergrations"
- Turn on the switch to activate the Govee Integration
- then click on the “Setup Wizard” button
- in the “Govee Setup Wizard” window, you will be reminded once again that your Govee LED Strip must be connected to your Wi-Fi network and you have to enable “LAN Control” in the Govee Home App.
- click on "Next"
- Now you can select your Govee LED Strip.
- Note: if you have more than one Govee LED Strip, first select one LED Strip and then repeat the process again.
- then click on “Next”
- after the pairing process between your Govee LED Strip and iCUE is successful, you can give your strip a name to identify it more easily
- click on “Finish” to exit the “Setup Wizard”
Use iCUE RGB effects on Govee LED Strips
Now that the setup process is complete, you can use your favorite iCUE RGB effects to display them on your Govee LED Strip. Under Murals you can now also configure your Govee LED Strip.
