Given that one of SLIPSTREAM’s best features is the ability to pair multiple products to a single dongle, we’re going to give you a complete list of the CORSAIR products that have SLIPSTREAM compatibility. You can find this list at the bottom of the page, but first, what exactly is SLIPSTREAM?
SLIPSTREAM is our wireless technology which is sort of an amped-up version of the 2.4GHz wireless connectivity that USB dongles have been using for a while now. However, unlike traditional 2.4GHz, SLIPSTREAM is more reliable, faster, and has greater signal range. It also uses a technology called IFS (Intelligent Frequency Shift) that dynamically scans the spectrum twice per millisecond so that the signal remains at its fastest. The other, perhaps more impressive aspect of SLIPSTREAM is its ability to handle up to three compatible products at the same time, using just one dongle. This means your headset, mouse, and keyboard can all connect to your PC simultaneously, only taking up one of your precious USB ports.
