INTRODUCTION

Congratulations on your new CORSAIR TC500 LUXE chair. This guide will help you assemble and operate the chair.

INSTALLATION

1. Install casters

2. Install piston and cover

NOTE: If there is a protective cover on the tip of the gas piston, remove it.

3. Install seat mechanism to seat base

NOTE: The arrow on the mechanism points to the front of the seat base.

4. Adjust arm rests (optional)

If desired, you can adjust the width of the arm rests at this time by partially loosening the screws (I), sliding the arm rest to its desired location, then re-fastening them.

5. Place seat on chair base

6. Rotate left side support bracket towards rear of chair

7. Slide the chair back onto the right support bracket, then secure with screws

8. Rotate left side bracket up, then secure with screws

9. Screw in the bracket covers and then place the logo plugs over the open holes

10. Attach the memory foam neck pillow (optional)

USER MANUAL

WARNING: Improper use of this chair may cause damage to the chair or result in personal injury. Please use this chair in a non-abusive manner.

1. Recline adjustment

Pull the recline lever up to recline the seat back forward or backward.

WARNING: Do not apply pressure to the seat back prior to pulling the recline lever. The sudden shift of weight may cause the chair to become unstable which may cause damage to the chair and / or result in personal injury.

2. Tilt tension adjustment

Rotate the tilt tension knob to increase (+) or decrease (-) the tilt tension.

TIP: If the chair tilts easily, you may want to increase the tension. Alternatively, decrease the tension if you find it too hard to lean back while sitting on the chair.

3. Tilt lock

The left-side lever will lock and unlock the chair tilt function.

Pull the left-side lever handle upwards to unlock the tilt function.
Push the left-side lever handle downwards to lock the tilt function.

4. Height adjustment

To lower the height of the chair, pull the right-side lever upwards while weight is applied to the chair.
To increase the height, pull the right-side lever up while the chair is empty.

5. Arm rest adjustment

To adjust the TC500 LUXE arm rest up and down, pull the lever under the arm rest and slide the arm rest to your preferred position, then release. The arm rest can easily rotate or slide forward and back regardless of height.

6. Lumbar adjustment

For optimal lower-back support, the TC500 LUXE is equipped with a configurable lumbar adjustment built into the chair.

Adjust the vertical position (up / down) of the lumbar support by rotating the left-side knob.
Adjust the pressure of the lumbar support by rotating the right-side knob.
