How to: Install a CORSAIR MP600 ELITE SSD into your PlayStation 5 Slim

The MP600 ELITE is a high-performance PCIe Gen4 x4 NVMe M.2 SSD that includes a pre-installed low-profile aluminum heatsink which allows you to directly upgrade the storage of game consoles such as the PS5. The following instructions show the installation steps for a PS5 Slim console, for a standard PS5 console you can follow our guide for the MP600 PRO LPX.

With the console powered off, lay it on a smooth, flat surface and remove the side panel marked with a triangle.
